On behalf of the Shreveport-Bossier Opera Guild, we would like to invite you to apply to the 46th annual Les Boutiques de Noel holiday shopping market.
We are excited to announce that this year’s 3-day event will take place from Thursday, November 18, through Saturday, November 20, 2021, at the Shreveport Convention Center.
Our goal is for Les Boutiques de Noel to be the premier choice of new and returning shoppers to kick-off the holiday shopping season in northwest Louisiana! For the 2021 show we are planning the following:
Expanded marketing to the public
Extended shopping hours on Thursday and Friday evenings
Special events like Girls Night Out, Ladies Brunch, Character Breakfast for kids, and performing groups during the day on Saturday
Located in downtown Shreveport, Louisiana, the Convention Center Exhibit Hall is 95,000 square feet, with plenty of room for the thousands of visitors that frequent the market each year. The center is adjacent to the Hilton Hotel, and offers exhibitor parking and a marshalling yard.
JUST FOR YOU
We know working at a show can be a long weekend and we are making plans now to make it as easy and comfortable as possible. We will have volunteers on hand to help with move in and out, as well as help man your booth if you need to step away. We will also provide one meal per day for you and a booth helper, plus snacks, to help off-set the cost of operating and for your convenience.
We have requested a special rate for our merchants at the Hilton and details will be provided with the contract. The Shreveport Convention Center facility has several entrances for moving merchandise in and out, and they provide overnight security for your booth merchandise and other items.
This year, we are introducing online registration for your ease and convenience. If you need any assistance with this process, just let us know.
Les Boutiques de Noel is a juried show, and merchants are selected based on quality and uniqueness of merchandise, and style of booth decoration. Applications will be reviewed by the Boutiques Committee. Decisions will be made by mid-August and merchants will be sent an acceptance letter and contract by email. Please note participation in a previous show does not guarantee a spot in 2021. If you are not selected as a 2021 merchant, we will refund your deposit.
Merchants should submit a signed contract and final payment to confirm participation by September 30, 2021. Booth assignments will be made by the Boutiques Committee once signed contracts and final payments are received. We will do our best to honor booth requests, however, decisions are made based on the electrical needs, type of booth, grids and set up requirements needed for all merchants.
